If the donor wishes to return from the donation transaction within 24 hours with the receipt and request a refund of the donation, they must send their notification specifying the donation in question (date, donation amount, name and other information) clearly and understandably to İLKSAV, İlim, Kültür ve Sanat Vakfı foundation at '18-ti Noemvri, Gostivar 1230, Kuzey Makedonya' by mail or to 'fondacijailksav@gmail.com' email address. Otherwise, the withdrawal notification that does not reach the foundation will not be valid and the refund of the donation will not be made.
All your credit card and personal information is encrypted with the SSL Secure system 2048 bit-Sha2 method, which is the internet security standard. In this way, your information is prevented from being captured by unwanted persons or institutions during their circulation on the internet.
Your card information is not recorded in our system in any way, it is sent directly to the banks from which the Virtual POS service is received through the 3D Secure security service by the Virtual POS system.
The foundation has no liability for the donation transaction, nor does the bank providing the virtual POS service have any liability.
Romanian Courts are authorized in disputes arising from donation transactions.
