20 Years of Legacy, Endless Inspiration
The Science, Culture and Arts Foundation ILKSAV was established in 2003 in Gostivar with the ideal of making lasting contributions to the cultural and social fabric of North Macedonia. Over the past 20 years, with the responsibility of being a foundation, we have built a strong tradition of activities that touches every segment of society, ranging from education to arts, from science to social solidarity.
Our Vision and Fundamental Principles
The most important principle that forms the basis of our constitution is to respect all humanity and consider the benefit of society without discrimination based on language, religion, race or color. In the light of these universal values, we have made it our constant duty to support the personal and cultural development of especially our youth, to prepare them for the future world and to bring hope to those in need.
Our Outstanding Activities Over 20 Years
Since our establishment, we have implemented countless projects in line with the goals set forth in our constitution, touching the lives of thousands of individuals:
• Preserving Our Educational and Cultural Heritage: We have supported the establishment of modern libraries nationwide and the enrichment of existing libraries. We have worked to facilitate our young people's access to knowledge and keep our cultural memory alive.
• Nurturing Future Scientists: We have organized educational programs, conferences and workshop activities to raise a new generation that is proficient in new technologies, equipped with ethical values, and beneficial to society.
• Social Responsibility and Solidarity: We have organized aid campaigns for the education and basic needs of children with insufficient financial means, and provided them with unforgettable experiences through children's camps. We have developed solidarity projects to keep our traditional values alive and develop our family culture.
• Promoting Culture and Arts: We have developed partnerships with cultural, arts and education centers at national and international levels. We have ensured the printing and dissemination of valuable works by purchasing copyrights. We have organized productive exchanges through art and education symposiums with students.
• Capacity Building and Partnerships: We have established strong collaborations with civil society, public institutions and the private sector. We have provided effective services by supporting our country's successful institutions and companies in positive social activities.
• International Outreach and Cultural Bridges: We have developed international exchanges for students, educators and specialists, establishing friendly and business relationships.
